Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release
Craniosacral Therapy/ Myofascial Release (CST/MFR) is a dynamic light touch therapy that incorporates gentle movement and deep relaxation to bring balance to all systems of the body.
I am thrilled to be adding CST/MFR to my practice. It greatly benefited me during my pregnancies and beyond. I am able to provide this service to women, both pregnant or not and children, including babies! (There is no additional cost for pregnancy, just the adult pricing.)
Initial Adult Visit (60 minutes)- $140
Follow up Adult Visit (45-60 minutes) - $90
Initial Child Visit (60 minutes)- $105
Follow up Child Visit (30-45 minutes) - $60
In Clinic Lactation Counseling
Clinic Visit
Initial Visit - $105 for 60 min
Follow up Visit - $60 for 30-60 min

Taking a thorough history in the initial visit
Observing a feeding
Addressing any concerns with baby’s feedings, pain with feeding, etc.
Correcting latch and positioning, as needed
Weighing the baby, as needed

At Home Lactation Counseling
At Home Visit
Initial Visit - $125 for 60 min
Follow up Visit - $80 for 30-60 min

Private session in the comfort of your home. Visit cost does not include roundtrip mileage fee if over 10 miles outside of Alexandria, MN (mileage taken from office).

Each visit is 2 hours
4 Sessions - $200
8 Sessions - $400
12 Sessions - $600
16 Sessions - $800
Based on the families needs, these visits can be one to two times per week. Please contact me if interested in a more custom package.

Lactation visits can be added at any time with any package for $150 for an evaluation and follow up

What does a Postpartum Doula do?
Providing support and help in the Fourth trimester (the first three months after baby is born) not only for the person who gave birth, but also the family.
